Property Control (Night Patrol) — Subscription

Vehicle Patrols, Drone Flight, On Foot Patrol 

Foot checks of doors/gates and visible perimeter points on the mapped route.

Photo-backed note for any observed issue (uploaded to the visit log).

GPS timestamp in our log for patrol verification.

Optional thermal drone sweep on private property where permitted and safe to fly.

• Escalation per your contact list (we call/text the designated contact for material issues).

Schedule window: Set in your SOW (example: 10:00 PM–4:00 AM). Patrol pass time(s) are randomized within that window.

Reporting:

• Daily patrol log with timestamps and photos.

• Weekly summary noting recurring observations or remedial items.

Requirements (client provides):

• Safe site access (keys/codes), emergency contacts, and any required authorizations.

• Reasonable lighting and clear walk paths for safe patrols.

Not included:

• On-site guarding for full shifts; alarm monitoring; law-enforcement duties; forced entry; locksmithing; hazardous tasks; audio recording. Drone use is dependent on weather, safety, and applicable rules.

Billing & term:

• $150 per contracted night, billed monthly (e.g., 30 nights → $4,500/mo).

• 6-month minimum, first month due at signing. 30-day cancellation after the minimum term (see SOW).

• Travel outside our standard service area may incur a surcharge (quoted in SOW).

Good fit for: wineries, storage yards, auto/RV lots, small industrial sites seeking visible nightly deterrence and documentation.
